To retore from a previous backup, use the "Import and Export" option from the File menu. Select "Restore Library Backup". Choose or Verify the file you want to restore. Warning: Restoring into an existing library will cause all data within your libraries to be overwritten. When the restore operation has successfully completed click the "Fininsh" button.
